Well I have seen movies but not read many books. I have heard Avril Lavigne but none of her new stuff I am looking for India Arie and I think I might have found her. Well it’s (drumroll) REVIEW Day!!!! So I have music and movies no books sorry .

Music

My aunt Chanda said she heard some Avril Lavigne on ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ but I am assuming it’s some of her newer music. Unfortunately I haven’t heard any of her new things except her singles like ‘Girlfriend’ but I’ll review all that I know.

Under My Skin

This album is very sad and slow. I like it because  it shows that she isn’t some girl who got a contract and then dropped out of high school and it was just smooth sailing from there. At the time she was in a very rough relation with her parents a new boyfriend that was up and down. Then songs like ‘He Wasn’t’ are fun and remind you of the more recent Avril. Other than that there are songs like ‘Forgotten’ that start off with a ghost like sound and have lyrics like “Have you forgotten everything that I wanted/Do get it now?/You never got it” the overall album is very bleek and cold. Bottom Line if you like new Avril and only the sound then you won’t like Under My Skin.

OK well you might know that the PG-13 rating hasn’t been around for a long time. It’s been around for about 13 years. So the result of that is movies that have been around for a long time like Sleepless In Seattle could be PG-13  but since it was either PG or R then it was PG. So I have a solution because my Mom says you need to have a solution so the rating people should have a mass re-rating project because people are being deceived they’ll put their children in front of the TV and then they find out it wasn’t what they thought. So maybe any movie made before PG-13 that’s PG needs to be inspected. Like recently the rating have considered teenage smoking to determine the rating. Hairspray was the first movie to have that in the rating criteria so they should make sure that it isn’t falsely rated based on today’s criteria. I think that would be a good idea what about you.

On Tuesday except the review to be late because I am leaving Monday out of town then onto NYC for the FOB concert (a lot of acronyms  :lol: )
